The traditional Christmas carol is in 6/8 time. When I think of camels walking in the desert, I hear 4/4 time; thus, a new “feel” to an old tune. This arrangement contains only four lever or pedal changes, and includes glissandos, touch damp, and p.d.l.t. It bounces around with traditional as well as syncopated rhythms. It is fun to play and audiences will love it because it is so unusual. Minimal fingering is included and page turns are easy.
