Q: What are your shipping rates and policies?

A: Upon checkout, you will be given a variety of shipping options via USPS or UPS to choose from.

  • Orders are processed Monday – Friday (except holidays).

US Orders: Orders must be placed before 2.00PM Mountain Standard Time for same day shipping.   Lyon & Healy prioritizes UPS 2nd and 3rd Day rush deliveries but cannot guarantee availability; customers will be notified in this event.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: All returns must have prior authorization. Email [email protected]. Music, books and harp strings are not returnable unless defective. All CDs and videos must be unopened and in their original plastic wrap unless defective. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice. All returns must be returned prepaid. Replacements will be shipped postage free with standard service. Extra charges may apply for rush shipments. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. A: Simply use our search engine! Type in the name of the piece of music or composer, such as Tango or Salzedo, and our search engine will list every piece of music, collection and recording that it is contained in.
