J.S. Bach’s famous Prelude in C is the first piece of his monumental work, The Well-Tempered Clavier, Book 1. Written for keyboard originally, this transcription for pedal harp is quite straightforward, simply using a few enharmonic solutions and providing pedal markings throughout. As well as being a beautiful piece to play, it is a great choice for students just beginning to work on pedal changes.
