One of Chopin’s more famous nocturnes, the Opus Posthumous C-sharp-minor, is arranged here for violin and harp. Of all Chopin’s repertoire, violinists are fond of this melody, and it’s arpeggiated accompaniment pattern is well-suited for the harp. Other than several pedal changes, the technical demands on the harpist are low — making it practical to put together with a violin soloist.
