Le Bon Petit Roi d’Yvetôt is a French folk song known to many harpists through arrangements by Marcel Grandjany and Betty Paret. In this cheerful and lively arrangement, the melody is presented with an entirely new countermelody and accompaniment. The piece slowly builds from a simple beginning to an exciting finish. Fingering suggestions are provided.
