“Harpists are increasingly called upon to provide music for meditative occasions such as memorial services, a not surprising development, since the sonic and visual beauty of the instrument is well suited to enhancing a quiet setting…These volumes are intended to be a resource for a variety of such events, and many of these selections will also serve admirably as general repertoire…Selected from over thirty years of Jubal Harp Series publications, this collection consists of two newly revised and reset volumes. Volume 1 contains a variety of arrangements drawn mostly from the classical repertoire and folk sources, while Volume 2 is comprised of hymn-based material.” Daniel Burton, San Diego, New Year’s Day, 2017
